DELIVERY POLICY

1. CROCKERY CENTRE ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All Crockery Centre orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Kindly note that no orders are processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, the Crockery Centre team will contact you via email or telephone.

2. DELIVERY FEES

Crockery Centre delivery fees are determined by the value and size of the order. Delivery fees will be calculated on checkout.

3. YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide a valid South African delivery address along when placing your Crockery centre order. In the case that the courier delivers to an incorrect address any surcharges will be billed to your account.

4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order using our ORDER TRACKING page.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

The courier company will contact you once your order has been collected from our warehouse. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the advised time periods, but delay in the delivery of goods is frequently in the hands of a third party and sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximations only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Our failure to meet approximate delivery dates will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale. Some orders may be delivered in more than one drop. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. You are required to make all the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. If you are not at home on the date that has been agreed and the delivery agent cannot contact you, we reserve the right to charge 10% of the purchase amount for the re-delivery.

 

 

 

 

6. DAMAGES

In case you receive a product with visible damage on the packaging please call or email us within 7 days and we will request the courier company to collect and replace the product, if you don’t notify us within 5 days, we will not be able to exchange or refund.

 

7. DELIVERY OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA

Crockery Centre currently does not deliver outside the Republic of South Africa.

This policy forms part of all our website, mobile and other digital interface terms and conditions and by visiting or using any of our websites, mobile and other digital interfaces by telephone, email or any other channel, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as updated from time to time.

We will inform you and require your acceptance again when there are any material changes to the Policy.

The Crockery Centre team is committed to the protection of your information, and to ensuring the security and integrity of our e-commerce platform. We will not use or share your Personal Information in ways unrelated to the circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.

Compliance with laws and regulations. We may only access, use and/or disclose your Personal Information without your consent in exceptional circumstances. These include circumstances where we believe such action is necessary to:

• comply with requests for information from police or government authorities;

RETURNS POLICY

1. CROCKERY CENTRE CANCELLATIONS

We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 5 (FIVE) days. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery call us or email us to do so.

If you cancel an order and the goods have already left the CROCKERY CENTRE warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods.

We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding cancellation.

2. CROCKERY CENTRE REFUNDS

Refunds will be at our discretion and no refunds will be considered after 5 (FIVE) days from purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.

3. CROCKERY CENTRE RETURNS

Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

 

Also, if you have tampered with the goods in any way, Crockery Centre reserves the right to deny the request for a refund.

Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Subject to what is recorded under this Cancellations and Returns Policy clause, if returns are received by us after 5 (FIVE) days from the date of delivery, Crockery Centre will be under no obligation to accept the returned goods for the purpose at all.
